Cafe Sitaly

This is the best pizza in Wilmington DE by far. We went into Sitaly to test their pizzas for my son's fifth birthday to see if they could cater. The pizza is/was exceptional! We ordered six pizzas for the upcoming event. We loved the pizza so much we came back and had to try their entres. Again excellent food! The day of the party we called in and paid. They not only delivered on time, it was piping hot. The children and adults all loved the pizza. If you want great Italian food, this is the spot.

Food is still yummy. It's been a few years since I was here last. The remodel is nicely done.

The last booth, closest to the bathrooms and the kitchen, is not a favorite because of the 'scent' of the bathrooms.

First time coming here, and the experience was solid. The restaurant is a small well-decorated eatery with several booths for dine-in. Our server was friendly, and our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

The bread given, for starters, was hot and soft. I could have eaten the whole basket, but I had to share. The fried calamari was soft, tender, and not chewy at all. I was expecting the sauce for Chicken Alfredo to be a little thicker, but that could be their style. The chicken was seasoned nicely, though. The personal Italian Stromboli was sizeable and more than enough for one person.

I asked a couple as they were leaving, and the Grandmom Pizza came with a good recommendation. They were right! The crust was good, and the sauce tasted nice and fresh, with good cheese and plenty of fresh basil.

The staff was friendly, and all wished us good evening as we left. Overall we had a decent experience. I would dine here again.
