Sooooo... This review has been long overdue and I apologize to Anthony (Used Car Salesman) and John (Used Car Manager) for taking as long as I have to post this... The both of them together made my experiences at Burns beyond exceptional... They worked with me through every concern that I brought forth and made me an extremely happy customer, not just once, but thrice... That's right, 3 times... I purchased a vehicle for my son, which turned out to not be to my liking... They allowed me to trade that in shortly after for another vehicle... After a disappointing turn of events which did not allow my son to receive the car that was bought for him yet again, John allowed me to trade in the second vehicle for something that I absolutely love, and made it as painless as possible for me, each and every single time... I more than appreciate the both of you... I really wish I could give more stars... Might even be coming in sooner than later for a 3rd vehicle... When I do, I know exactly who I'll be requesting to work with... Thank you, once again
All in all, if you're in search of a Used Car, come to Burns and ask for Anthony... Any issues, ask for John... You'll be well taken care of, I promise

I have purchased from Burns multiple times now. I had the pleasure of working with Anthony this time around. Anthony was professional knowledgeable and provided a great experience. I even had a few cosmetic concerns with the vehicle which were addressed by the team. This is a good place to do business as they care greatly about their reputation and customer experience.
I dealt with Tito on this day, and he was very professional and attentive to my vehicle needs. They were very accommodating, but unfortunately, they didn't have all the parts needed so I have wait for them and return for the required service. Always a pleasant experience at Burns.
I had a pleasant experience at your dealership. My service advisor, Glyn was helpful and was able to address all of my concerns when I arrived and was checking in. When it came time to check out and pay for the services that had been performed, the cashier (I didn't catch her name) was pleasant and was very helpful. I really appreciated the professionalism and level of service I received during my visit.
