This is a wonderful spot on the Delaware River to cool off in the summertime, take the dog for a walk or the kids to play. Access to the river is available for canoes and kayaks. A nesting pair of bald eagles live across the river on Burlington Island, which you might spot flying around. A municipal boat dock accepts river travelers too. Included with this review are a few wintertime photos of the park, and one of the dock from last fall.
Perfect place to dock your boat and enjoy a nice walk at Bristol Lions Park. Bristol Lions Park was est 1681 - so much history! Recently renovated with a one million grant. They have many stores and restaurants. Highly recommended to relax with friends or family.
My favorite time of the year is during summertime where they host numerous events and festivals. Also a good place to relax and unwind.
A nice place to go for a walk by yourself or with friends. Some cool statues and a nice landscape. The river is right there and there are docks and piers and water ways and shorelines to explore. Get your smoke on and have a nice time. Sometimes there are events here and there is local shopping to check out on the strip. It's close to I95 and convenient to visit. Free parking and plenty of it.
