Another wonderful interaction with Luke at the office. My mechanic accidentally got grease and oil on my insurance card. A quick call to Brian's office got me to Luke. Luke emailed me a copy of my card so I could immediately replace the damaged one. Thanks again State Farm, Luke and Brian.

Celeste help me out and calmed me down tremendously when I called in a panic about a huge crack across my windsheild. She was very knowledgeable and told me my options based on my policy. Have had the pleasure of working with Brian's team for the past 8 years.
