Dennis is a consummate professional - responsive, respectful, dependable, honest, and fair. His business always returns calls and he shows up when he says he will. Above all, he a good guy who cares about people. Recently, my elderly parents had a plumbing emergency. I know Dennis was jammed up with jobs, but he managed to address my parents' problem very promptly. He even took to the time to talk to my folks and make them feel special and make their day. Dennis is enjoyable to have do work in your home; he's neat, clean, and personable and doesn't mind answering questions about the job. Top notch person and plumber!
