Brad Brown Electric is a business I will enthusiastically recommend to anyone. Brad agreed to do a job for me that was a bit outside his usual service, for which I am truly grateful. He and his apprentice were prompt, professional, informative and friendly, and I won't hesitate to call on them again. When you're new to an area as I am, it's not always easy to know who to trust to do work that you need to have done. I was guided to Brad Brown Electric by the ratings, the testimonials, the website and Brad himself. Excellent find!

Brad is very professional and very knowledgeable. He spent the time with us that was necessary to fully understand our vision for our kitchen lighting makeover. Brad offered valuable suggestions and advice. He spotted several unsafe issues with our existing electrical wiring and provided a cost-effective remedy. Finally, he is a very nice guy with a personality that would be very well suited for a wellness clinic or philosophy class!

I'm very satisfied with the professionalism of all the folks at Brad Brown Electric. Scheduling was great. Anjali was very clear on what I should expect and when. I was actually called back earlier because there was an opening in their schedule. The electricians were super professional, covered every surface with drop cloths and wore booties. They were polite and friendly and explained what they were doing and how long it was going to take. And they managed to keep my dog from escaping out the front door, which is a miracle in itself. All-in-all a extremely positive experience. I'll be using them again in the future.

We've been having issues with our kitchen lights and circuit breakers, and Brad Brown Electric quickly came to our rescue! Their scheduling staff was incredibly friendly and followed up with us several times to get us the fastest available appointment. They sent over two specialists next day (unheard of!) and both electricians were extremely thorough. They explained their findings and recommendations clearly and patiently. They were professional and great to work with - I highly recommend Brad Brown!

Brad and his team are excellent! Quality work all the way around. The work they do is great but the communication is ever better. A very nice change from what you normally deal with when it comes to contractors.

We had an outside outlet that stopped working (used someone else to install it a while back) they were able to identify the problem, replace and reattach it. They did a great job explaining everything. You can clearly tell they care about the customer experience. A+
