The way that the Bobbit family runs their business is the best around around, hands down.. Any repair facility should use this company as a model..Bruce and Bill care about the customers, answer the phone at all the hours of the night and weekend for emergencies, and work with any good honest customer. They helped my son with a repair That another Facility had messed up. There was no obligation for them to try and help, for what I consider to be a very difficult situation, considering the vehicle had difficult foreign parts to get. The honesty and integrity that comes from ownership and the workers is top notch. I cannot stress enough, in a day when customer service is terrible in many cases and people don't have pride in what they do along with being dishonest to make a buck..... That is not the case at Bobbits. I highly recommend them to everyone, because they're better than whoever you're dealing with now.
