Billows Lighting and Design Center

This is the only electrical /lighting store I will go to. Everyone is very nice and they always have what I need, whether it is just a bulb or junction box or beatiful lighting.

This showroom is amazing. They have so many great things that you will fall in love with this place. I just can't make a decision yet because I want so many items.

As a busy Interior Designer that serves the Terri-State area, Billows is my go to. If it’s not on the floor, they have access to trade only goods as well. Perfect for every project, and every budget. Go see them. Tell them “Val” sent you.

Billows Showroom in Berlin has hundreds of light installations on display, for every room in the house. Susan answered all of our questions and was quite knowledgable and friendly. I strongly recommend this place for excellent customer service and a large diverse inventory.

Own and maintain 4 residential and 1 commercial retail building. I've been a Home Depot and Lowes guy forever. No more. Went in for help with an older top hat light issue and these guys were great. They took the time to evaluate the issue and found a great way to help me fix the old light rather than replace the entire unit. Someone who actually cares and was very helpful.
All with a smile. The price was much less than I expected.
The level of expertise and customer service was priceless.
It's no wonder they've been in business for years.
