Bikesport

This is the best bike store if you want to get the most out of your bike. Other stores will try to sell me parts prematurely. Bikesport just wants to allow me to keep riding! I didn't even buy a bike there, and they treat me even better than a store where I have done so!

Peter was great I came in to buy some lights and left with 15 things. Very knowledgeable, polite and willing to go the extra mile. The world needs more bike shops like this!

Don't go anywhere else! Bikesport has the best customer service there is. Every bike (and person), is treated with an extra level of care. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I especially like that the owner is a woman which is very rare indeed. Thank you Bikesport for going above and beyond.

We made our second bike purchase for the family here just this week. The staff is incredible in terms of sizing, discussing options, etc. (even with my 9-year-old daughter).

I called ahead and asked Ginny if I could ride my bike there and have a tech swap my pedals while I waited. No problem she said and come over anytime. When I got there I got a friendly hello and explained my situation (which was I did not have the right tools at home for this job) to Austin and he was great. He said it will be just a few minutes and he showed me that I could fill my water bottles and to feel free to look around. The pedals were switched in minutes, he bagged up the old ones and we chatted some bike stuff. I paid and was back on my way enjoying my new pedals.
