I spoke with Gail on a few occasions when we were setting up appointments and she was very nice. The work was completed yesterday for our pool electric and it was absolutely meticulous!! It was worth every penny! I'm so glad someone recommended Big Dog to us and I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs an electrician.

We contacted Big Dog to install a junction box for a fire insert. Gail was very thorough in her description of the work that was required and in answering any of our questions. She even went to the extent of contacting our fire insert company to determine the correct components were available that would ensure our manufacturer warranty. Frank was amazing!!! He was very personable and left our house as though he hadn’t visited. We had our junction box and access within a short period of time and the quality was definitely his craft. Prices were reasonable and his work was beyond our expectations. We have adopted him as our official electrician and would highly recommend Big Dog Electric to anyone.

We contracted with Big Dog Electrical to install a circuit for an above ground pool we had installed. Frank came out and was on time (in fact early) to provide a spot estimate for the work. We had to call him to tell him when the pool was installed, so he could do his work. We got the pool install date and informed them. Frank came out the day of the pool install and provided temp electric to run the filter and equipment. I was really worried about water just sitting in the pool until permanent electric could be installed. A nice plus! a few days after the pool was setup, Frank and his team showed up and installed the electric, including pool bonding, time clock, GFCI, and receptacles. My ground was especially hard, and a small backhoe was brought in to do the trenching. All work was done in a professional manners and as much as is possible in this circumstance a very clean work area was left behind. Frank and his team readily answer all question and concerns. Attention to detail, include things like tapering the 4x4 post at the top, to the bonding grommet installed was noted not only by myself, but the local code inspector!.
I will definitely call Big Dog Electrical for any future Electrical work I may need and will highly recommend them to anyone needing any electrical work done.
