We had our large orthopedic dog beds for less than a year (purchased from Chewy) when the zippers broke on both of them (I have to say this is most likely because of the old style agitator in our washing machine, it has claimed many victims). We were upset because our dogs who normally prefer the couch had been enjoying these beds, and we have been enjoying our newfound couch space, and holes had started to form in the pouch that contains the memory foam in the dog beds. I decided to email the the company and just ask if they had any suggestions on how we could save our beds. They said they are still under their year warranty, asked for the order number and pictures of the beds, and within 2 days had full bed replacements on the way! We have since gotten a new, agitator free, washing machine and can't wait to give our pups their beds.
