We love the Pinnacle! Mom is well cared for, has a beautiful apt and wonderful fellow residents and surroundings. The Pinnacle managers and other staff are first rate. If you are seeking the complete package for your loved one, this is the place.

I am very happy and have made great friends here at The Pinnacle. I am so glad that I looked ahead and decided to move when I did. We have wonderful social events, the best is Happy Hour. We have a lot of trips to restaurants, museums, and much more. The food is excellent, the fish options are amazing, as well as all the other selections. This is a lovely place, it is put together well. Everyone is so friendly, I would recommend The Pinnacle to all my friends, family and anyone who is looking for a senior living community!

Pinnacle is a beautiful, well maintained home. There are so many activities and indoor spaces like a movie theater and bistro as well as outdoor spaces that are well kept and engaging, like raised garden beds. The apartments and shared spaces are so clean and inviting. I also have to leave a kudos for Colleen G who worked tirelessly to support my mother. She was so supportive, thoughtful, funny and amazingly adaptive as we worked to find the right space for my mother to live. I am so grateful to Pinnacle and to Colleen.

Overall I would say that I am very happy here. The people are friendly, the food is good, I am very happy with my apartment. I like getting involved with various activities like Happy Hour, Pinochle, Rummikub, and Cansta. I love that they offer a shuttle service to take me around town. I get weekly housekeeping and linen service. The rates are affordable and they do not have a "buy-in" fees. I would definitely recommend The Pinnacle for anyone looking for senior living!

We toured The Pinnacle on Friday 7/1/22. Our tour was specific to the memory care space as we had toured the overall space back in the Fall 2021. Our tour guide was Colleen (Community Relations Director) and what a delight she was. She asked the necessary questions to understand the needs for our loved one. The Executive Director Susan joined in during the tour and took the time to introduce us to all staff members and then took time to talk with some of the residents. The space is welcoming and has a comforting feel about it.

Whenever I need great service and flawless results, I think of Belle first. She completed the job fast and with an eye for quality appearance removing our old exterior shutters and installing new shutters using the old hinges for authenticity. Great work, Annabella!

Annabella's work for us has always been done to an excellent standard, reasonably priced and completed on time. Work included drywall replacement and kitchen floor repairs.

Annabella is a professional in every sense. Her preparation, installation of cabinets and clean up were all first-rate. She treated our house as though it were her own.

Annabella did a fine job painting the outside of our two-story house. She says I should let you know that she is my daughter, which makes me prejudiced in her favor, when I say that I have no suggestions for improvement.

Recently had 2 bathrooms updated. Bella exceeded my expectations. Her workmanship is quality work. She comes when she says she is coming, does what she is hired to do and charges what she quotes!
