Beautiful Minds

I’ve had about 6 sessions with Stacie and found her to be very helpful. She is an excellent listener and immediately created a comfortable, safe space for me to hear my own thoughts and begin giving myself some grace. She understood the challenges I have experienced and helped me shift my perspective. I’m able to access my inner strength again.

Mike has been very helpful and has shown me that therapy is more than just speaking to someone about all the difficulties in life. He has helped my family acknowledge all the difficult obstacles. I am very glad to have been partnered up with him and highly recommend to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about your growth, happiness, and successes!

Nick is incredible. Every week, I feel supported and understood, I know she hears my deeper concerns or troubles and helps guide me to further self-discovery or understanding. I appreciate all of our work together.

I really appreciate Beautiful Minds for matching me up with the right therapist. She is influencing me to make better decisions . I am starting to improve with facing my fears. I am also practicing everyday living skills for myself by doing the homework she has assigned me. I have ADHD and she works well with listening to my rushing thoughts and telling me her true Option. I appreciate how she responds back to my journal entries and bring them up during our sessions.

Stacie’s awesome. Holds me accountable but in a gentle way. She’s helped me to see life through a different lens and has helped me successfully navigate so many situations. Because of her I have a new mindset and feel better about myself.
