I recently had a water issue in my home. I'm new in area and was visiting Columbus Flea market. Came across waterproofing booth. Best thing I ever done. I emailed them and got a reply in a matter of hours. Came to my home next day, examined what needed to be done. Explained all in detail and finalized a fair price. They even arranged for 0 percent financing and came the very next day to make all repairs. The supervisor came with his crew on time and made all repairs quickly. My home is now dry. Highly recommend if you have water problems at your home!

The recent rain has been a huge test to see how everything keeps up and we have had no problems with water since Basement Waterproofing Specialist's crew completed our system. The crew we dealt with was very clean and completed our work quickly without compromising the quality. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and knowledgeable. I can't believe it's finally dry!
I purchased my home knowing the basement had a water issue. Every time it rained whether it was a little or a lot I'd have water in my basement and my (not ideally placed) sump pump would be going off like crazy. BWS came out and gave me a quote on my job and I was shocked at the price, it was a lot of money. But for me it was money well spent. They came and did the job in 1 day completely jack hammered up my floor around the perimeter and straight down the middle. Filled my old sump pump and removed an old sink which was in the way in the process.
The only thing I wish was a little better was once the job was done, the project leader went over everything with me so fast. I understand you do this sort of thing every day for a living but I needed a bit slower more detailed description of things. He told me the sump pumps had a 5 year warranty but when the salesman came to my house he told me they had a lifetime warranty. Regardless my basement is dry and it has been for 5 months now. A neighbor was the one that recommended BWS to me and Id recommend it to anyone else.

From the moment I made the appointment, the experience was great. Michael Chiarulli is extremely knowledgeable, professional and explained everything perfectly. When you have a business, this is the kind of person you want working for you. He’ a fantastic representative of this company. He worked with me through all the paper work and was easy to reach by email and cell.

The workers were very responsible, respectful and they all worked very hard. The job took a day and half and when they were done it was like they were never here. They cleaned up wherever they were and left no mess behind.

One of my basement windows had a piece of wood that was removed but because of age and rot, it could not be put back and used. I called Michael Chiarulli, and he quickly put me in touch with someone that was able to come back to our home and replaced that piece of wood.

The warranty is one the best I have ever come across for any major purchase. It lasts the life of the home and and can be carried over to another owner. There are financing options that are available as well.

Yes, it’s is an expensive job, but it’s investment in your home. In the end, having the opportunity to safely use my basement, while keeping our belongings and property dry, is everything to me. *My photos are in chronological order — from the drains being installed to drying of the cement.
