barre3 was such a great workout. The combo of strength and cardio, and the pacing of both so it could be demanding but not so much that I couldn't hang in there. Super nice people & Great cueing and space. Highly recommend!

Barre 3 is the best workout I have found for my body and soul. It doesn’t hurt me as other workouts have in the past at local gyms. Everyone is kind and friendly. The instructors are extremely helpful and always show modifications if you have body issues or injuries from the past. I always leave feeling great! There is nothing quite like it. Its the best thing I have found for myself!

It is real work out. I had a more sweat than 30 min running. Love Angie. She corrected my position and constantly encouraged. Definitely recommend.

I had not been regularly working out in 20 years. At first, adjusting to Barre was difficult. Mainly, all the negative thinking was an obstacle. However, with no contract or time obligation, I felt no pressure which helped me continue on my terms.

The workouts are challenging and just what I need to get out of my head and focus on the movement. Now, I go 3-4 times a week and fully committed for myself.

There's also a nice, simple variety of work outs with regard to length of time and cardio/strength.

Angie is great! She is very welcoming and helps modify exercises when needed. The classes are upbeat and work your total body, but not strenuous. I enjoy the combo of lots of movement together with core training. I am not a fitness-motivated person and I’m really enjoying Barre3! The atmosphere is great - I never feel judged or pressured. It’s always clean and everyone is so friendly. I look forward to reaching some much-needed health goals this year!
