Dr. Pagano and his staff are top notch and you will be so impressed by the level of service and care you get from them. I am a runner and seem to have many issues with my feet as I get older. Dr. Pagano was an award winning college runner himself so he really is in tune with issues that runners have . The office staff is super friendly and accommodating when you call to make an appointment and your visit is made extra convenient by having all your intake documents sent to you in a link enabling you to fill in online prior to the appointment. Jen at the front desk is especially friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you are being well taken care of.

Dr. Pagano is gracious, professional, providing great comfort due to his knowledge, bedside manner and humor. I felt that I was in great hands. His staff is also efficient and welcoming. The new larger renovated office is beautiful and warm. I highly recommend!

My last visit was good, no long waits, the office is always clean and kept up with. I had to update information on a small tablet so one of the assistants stayed to assist me with the entering. I saw a different doctor he was informative and answered questions I had regarding my feet.

DR. Pagano has a very competent practice. His staff is extremely friendly. He is extremely friendly. And quite knowledgeable. As a diabetic, he has saved my foot multiple times. I cannot say enough about Dr Pagano.

Nice, friendly and informative employees. They are Pleasant on the phone when I call. The lady who does my X-rays is wonderful. Dr Pagano did a good job explaining the process of my surgery and a good job with my surgery.

I have to see a podiatrist regularly because I am diabetic. It was a scary concept for me because I can't stand when anyone touches my feet and I'm petrified of anything medical with my feet. When I was little I used to walk barefoot everywhere and I always had slivers or glass and my mom would take a sewing needle to my feet and pick it out -- I'm 63 and still have PTSD from this!! So I came to Dr. Panah crying and in fear - what was she going to do to me? I didn't want her anywhere near my feet but my diabetes doctor said I had to do it.

Well Dr. Panah walked in the room and I immediately started to cry and explained my fears. She was so nice to me - so compassionate and took such care of helping me be less anxious that day. Nothing she did hurt - I barely felt it. She checked my foot and cut my nails and was so careful even in her touch. She calmed me.

I see her every 10 weeks and while I am waiting, I do some breathing and try to release my fears - and the minute she walks in and says hi to me, I know I'm in good hands and with someone who really cares. I can't say that I'm not scared but I can say that if you are scared, she's the person to be with. I saw her partner once and Dr. Pagano was also just as compassionate.

These doctors are wonderful people and they truly care about their patients. I am so grateful I found this practice and these doctors. Once you meet them, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.
