I am an existing Viking customer with a quarterly maintenance plan for spiders/insects and mosquito yard spraying. When evidence of mice in my garage came up, I immediately notified Viking for service. I spoke with Kerri who was very nice, answered all of my questions and made suggestions that turned out to be quite helpful.
Today Austin came out for the service. He was very nice and very thorough, he went over everything with me before and after the service to make sure I understood all of my options. He showed me where all of the traps he put out were and made suggestions for handling the issue. I'm hopeful that he is our regular technician moving forward and this can be resolved quickly!
I am a property manager with 7 properties under contract with this company. The service technicians are top notch, but the computer system needs to be replaced. I get a text that the technician is coming to a property,but for some reason they don’t provide the address of the property. So I can’t plan my day to meet the technician to tell them of any issues the tenant has. Please fix the computer so it will provide the address to be serviced.Thanks
I spoke with Terri this morning. She was Absolutely amazing. Not only was she helpful and courteous but she was able to get me set up with a time that works for me. I love Viking and the service that they offer and I know that they will take care of my needs.
I spoke with Kerri the second time I contacted Viking. Her customer service was pleasant and very attentive to my need. Viking sent a very nice technician out to access my problem and we discovered there was a bird stuck in my exhaust unfortunately there was nothing they could do for me or the poor bird that’s still alive after 4 days scrambling in my vent. However, I was charged a fee of $75 plus tax . I was told it would be deducted from the service. He was trying really hard to access the problem . They couldn’t take care of my issue. Since there wasn’t any service rendered they refunded my money back.
Kerry was very helpful in making sure my appointment was scheduled and getting my issue resolved. The representatives are always knowledgeable. The technicians are always on time and professional.
