I had vinyl planking installed last week in 2 rooms. I had friends ask me why I didn't go with a big box store for my floors. The answer is that the customer service at Bergeys is fantastic starting with when you first walk in the door through installation. We've used Bergeys for decades. Our installer, Kevin, was absolutely fantastic, respectful, trustworthy, and worked extremely hard. He cared about every single detail and the finished product is beautiful!

We had an incredibly positive experience with our first tile installation by Bergeys! Our contractor recommended them for our master bath remodel and our tile installer Matt was highly-skilled and worked incredibly hard to finish our project on time. He showed up on time, kept the area clean each day and helped us work through some design choices for a shower niche by providing his expertise and recommendations. He even fixed a few things the contractor missed to ensure there were no issues with the install and we’re so grateful for his attention to detail. To tile well is an art, and we’re so happy that Bergeys employs that kind of talent. We will definitely use them again for our kitchen remodel! Thank you again!!!

Bergey’s is, without a doubt, the best flooring place around! We have had multiple projects with them - tile backsplashes, tile floors, carpeting, rugs, and now our beautiful hardwood floors. Janel and Randy are awesome to work with. They are so knowledgeable, caring and professional and guide you through the entire process to help you make the best decisions based on the application and your budget. Their installation crew, especially Jay and Don, are highly skilled, extremely hard-working, and tend to the all the details that make the install special. They truly care about your satisfaction which is so rare these days. I will use, and recommend, no one else but Bergey’s!

We recently updated our master bedroom flooring and were undecided about laminate vs luxury vinyl planks. Tanya was very helpful in suggesting options and allowing us to take home samples. We ordered our flooring, it came in quickly and Tanya went out of her way to arrange a time for us to pick it up.

We had our carpet and vinyl flooring replaced in our basement because of a water issue and A.W. Bergey and Sons did a FANTASTIC job! The installers Ryan and Kevin were awesome! And they were able to get the work done in time for our sons birthday party which I know wasn't easy balancing their work schedule. I'd recommend anyone who has a flooring project reach out to Bergeys!!! They'll take care of you!
