Bill is always super helpful and goes out of his way to make things more convenient. He's always honors requests if possible and tries every way before saying "no" (this has never happened :D). He shares information transparently and gets you on your way quickly. I like renting from this location even though another is closer to me, all because I know how much easier Bill makes this process. Thanks, Bill, you deserve a raise! :)
