Walking into Avalon was the beginning of the most fun and exciting bathroom renovation I ever experienced! And that happened because of Stephanie! We bonded at “hello” and she knew immediately how to guide me through picking tile, flooring, grout and everything else. What a great time we had, and the finished bathroom is just perfect! My husband and I are renovating a farmhouse property originally built in 1906. After stopping by several flooring shops in the area, I found Connor at Avalon Flooring to be the most helpful and accommodating rep to work with. Connor was attentive to detail, personable and professional, available, and reliable. I was able to contact him via email and he responded as needed to update my orders and schedule pickups. I have been back to deal with Connor a few times and plan to shop at Avalon again. Thanks for the great experience!

We went to Avalon following the strong recommendation by our contractor and we were not disappointed !! We were quickly introduced to Myles Hannigan, a very knowledgeable sales rep. After ascertaining our needs and any predispositions to color, style, etc Myles was able to direct us to the perfect combination of tiles and trim and decor for the redesign were were doing in our Master bathroom. Everything was quickly and completely ordered and Myles then worked with us to arrange for the perfect delivery schedule. We are very happy with our experience at Avalon and with their representative, Myles. Would absolutely go there again for and future projects.

Briana Frangieh was amazing! She coordinated the diagnosis of our broken Hunter-Douglas roll up shade, then arranged to get all the parts sent so I could complete the repair. I really enjoyed Briana’s positive energy and how responsive everyone was!
