We have lived here for 18 years now. The majority of our neighbors are friendly . We are within walking distance of the schools and 15 minutes to most shopping areas.
The turnpike is very easy to get to as well. Maintenance and management have always responded in a timely and professional manner. It is apartment living in a small ,mostly friendly community

The community isn’t bad. It’s really quiet. Melissa in the office is amazing, she helped me with the application when the online wasn’t working, she never has a problem when I call in with issues of any sort. She’s always willing to help to the best of her ability. Fox pointe isn’t a bad place to live, kids play in the court yards, schools are incredibly close and all stores are really close.

Me and my family have been here for a couple of weeks. We love the area. We love how quickly they respond to work orders. Any problem I have the ladies in the office are on top of it. I had a question about my bathtub and spoke to Melissa she gave me great advice on what to do and things I can buy to keep the bathtub in good shape. Definitely recommend these apartments to anyone considering.

Melissa Conklin has been a joy to work with since day 1. I can share quite a few experiences but how about how she went above and beyond when a package was delivered here before my move in day! It came early and she brought it to the office to keep it safe until we moved in. Every contact I’ve had with Melissa has been positive and informative. Melissa also helped us locate potential volunteer opportunities with animals. The snowstorm we just had was managed well by maintenance. We are very happy!

I have lived at Fox Pointe Apartments for 4 years. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me.
