Ataraxis Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu & Self Defense

My son has been going to Ataraxis for over a year, and my daughter joined not too long after. A great place for them to learn, work hard, and be a part of a wonderful community. Owners Coach Randy and Coach Laura, as well as the rest of the instructors are great. I couldn't ask for better people to teach my children self-defense and safety.

I love dropping into this gym on a Friday night when I close at work and can't make it to my home gym in a timely fashion. The head instructor, Randy, is extremely knowledgeable and I thoroughly enjoy how informal (in a good way) he structures his classes. I would highly recommend training here for anyone living in or close to Ambler!

We love Ataraxis! My kid loves Coach Laura and Coach Randy. They are tough but fair. They make the kids work hard and my kid is sweaty and tired by the end of the class but really enjoys it and wants to go back everyday.

Awesome place to train, the coaching staff is fantastic wether learning self-defense or looking for a fun new sport to participate in. Head coach Randy, coach Laura and their coaching staff have built a really positive environment to learn and grow. Not a day goes by that I don't leave with a new nugget of knowledge or had a good chuckle.

I came for the jujitsu but stayed for the quality of the people I get train and learn from.
