I have been to many chiropractors, PT, massage therapy sessions through out my years playing hockey, lacrosse, and golf. Dr. Umar knows exactly how to pin point your problem and help release the pain or tension. I’ve been pain free and feel more alive and opened up. Very personable and very knowledgeable. Will be coming back in the future. Even if it’s for a tune up. Great guy

I’ve been dealing with a frustrating back issue for several years. After seeing multiple physical therapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, you name it. I gave up on getting help for awhile. I had seen Umar’s work with many others and decided to give it a shot; after 5 sessions the feeling in my back has gone from 10% back to almost 100% now. Umar has a great understanding of body mechanics and how to properly fix movement pattern issues. I’m back to being motivated and enjoying working out again thanks to him.

Very professional and welcoming environment. I tell Dr. Nisar about what is going on with me and he knows exactly what to work on. Been a patient here for a few months now and will continue coming with the relief I get from his treatment. Infrared sauna at the end is a great experience as well.

I've restarted my fitness journey last year, but mobility and past injuries felt like they were in the way. Dr. Umar helped me learn how to work on these things so that I can train better and more effectively, without letting my injuries get in the way or putting those injuries at risk of becoming worse.
