First Day here and the experience from the moment that I called to the moment that I was seen by Nurse Kathy the experience was super smooth. NP Kathy was super helpful, kind and professional.
I’m going into the military and this office will now handle all my primary care needs.
Keep up the professionalism and upbeat attitude!

So sorry to hear of others bad experiences here but I am very happy with the care I receive. I have been seeing Dr. Artz for years and my daughter has been seeing Dr. Mikulski for about 8 years since she was 3. They are always able to get us an appointment usually within a day if not the same day we call and always promptly return my calls and if they cannot see us (usually around flu season) will always give instructions or call in an Rx if needed. Sometimes you do have to wait a little bit to be seen but the longest I ever waited in my years of going there was about an hour and that was only once when they overbooked the doc and squeezed in a sick patient and she was very apologetic. That was ok with me because my previous Doc seemed to be the norm waiting for over an hour and he didn't seem to care which was why I left. Also being in the healthcare field myself I can appreciate that sometimes people have concerns that may take a while for the doctor to listen to them about and give them the time they need to answer their questions. At least they take the extra time for their patients which I'm sure some people who were upset with having to wait would want that extra time with the Doc for themselves or a loved one if needed too.
