Great experience here! I chose this place over other less expensive parking options near the PHL airport due to the reviews and I’m glad I did. The employees were helpful and friendly. The valet experience when dropping off my car was easy. The shuttles to and from the airport were timely with minimal wait time, and they had my car ready for me and my family as soon were arrived back at the facility. To top it off, every employee we encountered, whether the valet or shuttle drivers helped us with our luggage, which was huge for me traveling with a toddler and pregnant wife. Even the guard in the checkout shack was friendly as we departed. I could not recommend this place anymore! We will definitely be utilizing their services again!

Great experience! Everyone is friendly and professional and so helpful with luggage. It was a seamless operation from the instant we pulled up to getting on shuttle and over to airport! It literally took minutes! The return operation was just as seamless! Such a time saver and takes some of the stress away that goes along with traveling. This was my first time using Park 'N Fly and I was very happy with the excellent service that I had received. I needed help finding a spot to park my vehicle and the attendant was very gracious in his time (right at the end of his shift) to help me secure a spot. The shuttle was readily available to take me to the airport. The drivers are very helpful and friendly. I love the fact that I can go to the APP and hit "Come Get Me" and I didn't have to wait long. Thank You!

Great customer service. Shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful. When we arrived in Philly, we had a text that we could easily respond to alerting the driver we had arrived. A shuttle came within minutes and drove us to our car. Prices are reasonable and it’s easy to get in and out. Overall, very satisfied.

Used first time and very happy with experience. Very efficient and quick service, app is very easy to use. I booked self parking, but self lot was full when arrived and we were offered valet service with no up charge. Shuttle bus was ready to take us to the airport. On the way back used app for return shuttle. Driver asked about number on the ticket and our car was ready upon return to the lot. Highly recommend.
