One of the things that stands out about Arden Court is the freedom that residents are afforded, as they are encouraged to walk around the facility and participate in stimulating activities, which are offered all day long - even on weekends. The activities are well thought out and implemented by an energetic and enthusiastic staff, who offer a range of activities from history (trivia), current events, exercise, arts and crafts, and music - ensuring that there is something for everyone.
The nursing staff at Arden Court is professional and very knowledgeable in geriatric care, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care. The aides, many of whom have been at the facility for years, are caring, comforting, kind, and gentle with the residents, offering personalized care that meets the unique needs of each individual.
Moreover, the administrative office and front desk staff are always available if you have questions, and someone is always on call if you have a concern. This level of accessibility and responsiveness is a testament to the dedication of the entire Ardon Court team to ensuring that residents receive the best possible care and support.
As someone who has had a loved one reside at Arden Court, I can say with confidence that I could not have asked for a better community for my mother. After a terrible experience at another facility we are so relieved to have found Arden Courts Yardley. The most important difference is that our father is now in a safe and caring environment. The entire staff, from administration, nursing, caregivers and food staff are accessible to the family and loving and patient with the residents. Our father has been in multiple hospitals and facilities in the past 3 months and AC is the only one he has not complained about and wanted to leave. Nor has he complained about the food!
