Arden Courts - ProMedica Memory Care Community (Warminster)

My father moved into Arden Courts upon referral of a friend. He was dumped from his prior facility without notice. The staff at Arden Courts made ensured his transition into his new home was done with care and consideration ensuring a smooth transfer. He has had some ups and downs with his health since he has arrived, and the facility has worked with him with patience and kindness while keeping his health a priority. The level of care he receives exceeds our expectations. We can finally relax knowing he is in good hands.

My mother in law has been at Arden Courts in Warminster for about 2 months now. After a very trying year trying to keep her happy and most of all safe after a few falls, we knew a change had to be made. Having mom at Arden Courts gives us peace of mind! The staff is amazing and they have a real interest in the well being of your loved one! They honestly have welcomed all of our questions and concerns and we have been kept updated on all aspects of moms care. Mom has adjusted VERY well ...... much better than we would have ever thought!!! The facility is bright and clean and there are activities going on all day long. We were very undecided as to where to put my husbands mother as her dementia was progressing. I called and talked to Jessica and made an appointment to speak with her. She was amazing, and explained all aspects of the community and took me on a tour. I was very impressed. The facility is clean and rooms are perfect. The residents are encouraged to participate in all activities and the activity director is amazing. All the staff is friendly and ready to help in every way. My mother in law moved in Arden court in September and she seems to be adapting and is very relaxed with the atmosphere. I give five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ To Arden Court.

My dad stayed at Arden Courts of Warminster for respite care from the hospital for one week.
The Director there, Chelsea, is so warm, knowledgeable, professional and always available to speak with you. She will instantly put you at ease during the difficult time of transitioning your loved one to personal care. She and the Director of Nursing Donna drove to the hospital on a Friday evening to give my dad an assessment so we wouldn't have to wait for admission to Arden Courts over the weekend! Who does that!
The staff is as wonderful as Chelsea, they feel like family that want you to stay for an extra cup of tea!
The inside is quaint and immaculately clean and very cheerful, with the many windows that shed sunlight! The food is good and extra is always offered!
Since dad's respite stay, he has returned, the community is small which enables those that reside there to establish a camaraderie
with each other and with the caring staff!
I feel that my dad is very safe, comfortable and most of all his sense of wellbeing is heightened!
My mom visits him the most, they also treat her like family. They encourage family to participate in activities and always invite her to join in and welcome her. She has requested to be there with my dad when she feels the time has come for her comfort!
