Outstanding customer service and service. I highly recommend them.

My son's car was involved in an accident and we weren't sure if it was totaled. I called numerous mechanic and body shops I was told by another mechanic who told me to try Apple Auto. I called and spoke to Jim,he was very polite and helpful. He told me to take photos of the damaged car before I had it towed to shop so if he didn't think it was fixable I wouldn't have to pay for a two tows! I sent the photos and he said he thought it would be worth to try and fix it. He said to bring it in the next morning and it would be looked at. He called me later on that day and said it was fixable so I ordered the repairs. The car was done the next day. Jim was very upfront about what could be done and the approximate cost would be. I was very please with the work performed and the price. I will definitely go back to Apple Auto if my car ever needs repairs .

Jim and his team are thorough. Last summer they replaced the AC compressor in my vehicle and it's still not quite right. But Jim has been phenomenal with continuing to look to find the problem with my car. I truly appreciate the time he takes to make sure the problem is solved.

My grandfather and I rolled in this afternoon shortly after his SUV blew a flat. The tire was probably way too far gone for us to even make it back home to nearby Atco. Well, they made short work of the tire change and after noticing my grandfather's Korean War Veteran's cap, thanked him for his service and declined to charge us for their services. They wouldn't even except my tip offering. Really nice guys that got us out of serious bind. I highly recommend supporting this business!
