I started going to Mass there on a regular basis back in November of 2015 when I was still living in Upper Darby. I would mainly go the 4:30 Saturday Vigil Mass for Sunday obligation after I left the Haverford Library. Because I was going to Mass more often there than at St. Laurence's Parish in Upper Darby, which was my original parish, I decided to register there as a parishioner back in March of 2019. And I withdrew from St. Laurence's Parish. Both Father Cox and Father Loomis made me feel like a parishioner there; even before I registered there. And I was more active in that parish as well. I went to their annual spaghetti dinners. I went to their 2018 Oktoberfest. I also went to a Legion of Mary dinner after the 4:30 Mass back in September of 2018.
Unfortunately, I have been down here at the St. Francis nursing home in Darby since December of 2019 undergoing medical treatment and therapy for an arthritic left leg; and I had to move out of Upper Darby. I really miss coming to Mass here. But once I get out of St. Francis, and I don't know when that'll be, I will come to Mass here again.
Great parish to be in ! Great people and great priests and deacon. Just got handicap bathroom and woman room, men have the old bathroom
Always go there for Mass when I'm visiting. Enjoy Bulletin each wk. Too. Now live in Somers Point NJ.😎🏖
