I had a broken screen on my phone. The staff were very helpful. I decided to upgrade with a new phone and they guided me through the process. The person assisting me was very helpful in working out discounts for me. Ultimately, I ended up with a new phone and upgraded to unlimited data, and my monthly phone bill will end up being lower due to discounts and promotions they were running.

I worked in cell sales many years ago and never met someone as knowledgeable a d easy to work with than Marcus. Awesome guy, easy to work with and got us the best possible detail within his power.

My phone was “inactivated” with out cellular by verizon for 5 days, which means I was left with out a working phone. I have visited the store 3 different times with each employee saying “call this number”. This was until the manager Mo came to help. This gentleman worked with me for hours and did everything in his own power, even on his off day to get my phone fixed. Great manager! We need more people like him!
