If you going to KMT Brrr its on door 17 in americol door its the same place.. if you get a appointment on Sunday they open at 4:00 pm just if you’re appointment its before that time something might be wrong they will take you but need to pay a work in fee but maybe not your case… if you get there and place it’s close don’t panic just park directly into a door wait around 3:30 to 4 that’s when they open… fast unloading around 2hrs… and don’t try to talk to much in office girl here it’s about doing her job just like you she’s not rude but not friendly either or maybe because it’s Sunday who likes to work on Sunday place its nice backing maybe little bit thigh if you a new driver

This was my first time being there from Raider Express. I'm sorry so many people were dealing with unfriendly people here in the past but in my case I was talking to a nice black Lady front desk and another nice bearded back gentleman. Don't know their names. But they were helpful and respectful to me. Gave me a door immediately even then I was 6 hours early! The only complain is I asked if they let me to stay 3 more hours to get my 10 back but they refused to. Other than that great experience and I like to come back.

Good place to pick up load. Before you enter you have to use comference call, Once you have entered, do not block the way, use one of the available spaces. The staff is very friendly. Very organized and clean. In general, good place to pick up load
