It was a very good interaction and it was nice to be able to set my kids up with policies which will be great for their future. Maura Castelli-Taylor was incredibly nice and helpful, answering all of my questions. Would definitely recommend and nice to support a union shop!

I would like to address the amazing young lady Mara that serviced me with my fathers "Will Kit". She was beyond amazing, very explanatory and responsive to all of my concerns. She was never brief with me and never cut me off while we were engaging. This young lady definitely deserves 100 stars
I recently saw an ad for a Free Living will kit on social media and wanted to get more information to help my mom. Katie Gernigin called me after I submitted some general information online. She was very flexible in setting up a time that worked within my busy work schedule. The meeting was via zoom, and she was very warm and welcoming. Extremely friendly and patient to me and my sister asking questions. I can honestly say I learned so much at this meeting. Katie broke down each section and explained it laymen's terms (thank God). I was so confused and wasn't sure how to move forward in setting this up for my mom but after our meeting I have all the information needed to complete for my mom and myself. I will definitely forward your name and email to family and friends who are interested. You can never take for granted tomorrow will come why not be prepared today and have your family well taken care of in the process. Thanks so much Katie for taking the time to help us out.
