This is a great company. It seems that the chimney business is riddled with not so professional companies that disappoint. Amer chimney is very professional, organized and efficient. They sent me at least 5 reminders of the appointment, the tech arrived on time cleaned the stove and checked the chimney. And offered suggestions for some minor repairs to the safety of the chimney. Second time using them and I will again. The tech was great and very nice.
To the people that don't like getting an estimate for repairs and maintenance. Just like anything else repairs are cheaper than your house having a chimney fire. A colleague ignored his estimate and had $70,000 chimney fire the next season. Its up to you but you can't say you weren't warned by American Chimney.

Had an excellent cleaning/inspection visit from Cory earlier this afternoon and it was probably one of the best service visits I’ve had from any service company. Cory was extremely professional, personable, and highly passionate about the work he had to do at my house and in general. I could tell instantly he took pride in his work, in American Chimey, and giving the best service to my house.

Because of how Cory represented American Chimney, I doubt I will ever use another chimney service company in the future and will always recommend American Chimney to my friends and family in the area when they’re in need of service.
