I cannot recommend this location more highly. I went in for an alterations appointment and the staff was very attentive and professional. They took their time, answered my many questions and made sure the alterations were everything I wanted and more. The dresses I brought in are not even from Davids Bridal and they took every ounce of care with them as they would their own dresses. Ashley is incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through options, ideas and suggestions for each dress. I will absolutely be back for future events and alterations.

I've visited David's Bridal in Plymouth Meeting to look for bridal gowns. I needed 2 gowns for my wedding receptions. I must say, this store has exceptional customer service. I was greeted immediately as I entered the store and was helped by an expert. Deborah, she was amazing! Without her expertise and keen eye, I would not be able to find my perfect dresses. I'm very happy that I chose to go to this store to select my gowns. They had many selections. Deborah listened to my criteria of what I wanted on my ideal dresses. She picked the 2 perfect gowns! I wouldn't be able to do this so quickly & smoothly without her help. THANK YOU SO MUCH DEBORAH! You're the best!!! The store is quite far from my house but the service made it all worth it. Thank you David's Bridal!

I actually don’t know where to begin. I came in during the week with my girls for a dress (the second time shopping for one). I didn’t think I was gonna find one… but I did! The dresses are gorgeous and the staff is incredible. My stylist, Jen, when I said yes to the dress was super attentive and patient with me. I’m a super indecisive person so I can appreciate that tremendously. I didn’t go back to purchase the dress until two weeks later. Before I got there Jeanette, the manager, took the time out of her day to talk to my father to help us out with pricing which he raved about. She even remembered my dad when I checked out which was nice and she’s super personable! Danielle was working the floor when I arrived without an appointment and calmed my nerves and talked me through everything. Danielle let me try the dress on again with a stylish Caitlin who also took the time (she was with another bride too) to clip the dress to confirm the color I wanted and measured me. The experience was spectacular ! Danielle even asked me what my future last name will be :) Its truly the little things and these ladies checked off every box! I’m so happy I chose David’s Bridal and now I can’t wait to get married! Thank you ladies so much for everything!

I love this location. Happened to find this location when looking for a friends wedding dress and found it in the first visit. We returned and found our bridesmaid dresses shortly after. Then ended up not being sure which shoes would match my dress and was able to return and find two pairs of shoes that closely matched so that we could make an decision the day before the ceremony which was out of town. Each time the service was amazing. The team was helpful, encouraging, and helped me look good. When I had to make a return Danielle and Kavi were helpful and after my conversation with them I will definitely be back!

Evelyn and Jaime were great in helping my daughter pick out her prom dress. Jaime was phenomenal and took the time to really help her with everything. I have a 17-year-old daughter who is very happy we chose David’s bridal. Keep up the great work ladies.
