We had very odd behavior with our electricity where power in various rooms/outlets were going out intermittently without a breaker switch tripping. Mark worked with me over the phone to troubleshoot if it's a PECO issue first to see if we could solve it without cost to us. When we determined it wasn't, we had 2 workers at our place the next day to figure it out. We determined that we needed a whole new panel and service. Mark had the guys get us to a point where we could safely use the electricity in the house until they had the parts and availability to come out and do the installation.

Along the way, Mark checked in regularly, dealt with rescheduling on our part due to illness, and worked with us when we decided midstream to upgrade our box to 200 amps while we were doing this anyway. When it came to the actual installation day, the workers that came out were on time, professional, respectful and clean.

Finding a company you feel like you can trust that isn't going to take advantage of you is not always easy and now we feel we have a go to electrician for the future. Thanks for the great work. Highly recommend.

Yesterday, my elderly Mom lost power in her house and to say she panicked is putting it mildly. PECO was able to determine it was a faulty main breaker and restored power temporarily but we needed an electrician ASAP. I quickly did an online search and found Mark from Always Affordable Electric. He returned my call within minutes and offered to come right out -- this was around 8:30 at night and we were not "regular customers" of his. PECO assured me it could wait until the morning so I told Mark that the next day would be fine. He was at my Mom's first thing in the morning, quickly, professionally and affordably replaced the breaker. He was so kind to my Mom and neither she nor I can say enough good things about this man and his company. We ABSOLUTELY have a new electrician and I would highly recommend Mark and his company, Always Affordable Electric to anyone in need of an electrician. Having professionals you can trust is so important and we are very lucky to have found this company.
