Dr. Ciccotelli’s office & staff the best. I have been seeing his Nurse Practitioner Meghan Reinhardt; professional, knowledgeable & empathetic. Meghan is an outstanding addition.
I've been looking for a new Dr. who has office staff that don't treat you like you're interrupting them when you call, a Dr who you dont have to wait weeks to see, and one who has a kind bedside manner. Dr. Ciccotelli checks all of the boxes! They call you back when they say they will, and every single person there is super kind!
Dr. Ciccotelli is personable, thorough, patient, kind, and respectful. I have been his patient for about 25 years and always receive excellent care. His staff is wonderful too. Honestly I was glad when one of his long term staff left. She was the only difficult one but his care was always worth it.
