Lisa took a generous amount of time to talk with me about everything going on in my body. She is very knowledgeable and intuitive in providing MFR therapy. Her space is comfortable, clean and quiet and she is professional and friendly. I left feeling a lot better and can’t wait to go back. I made the mistake of initially only booking a 30 minute treatment and really didn’t want to leave after 30 minutes! Next time I will do one hour for sure. I highly recommend Lisa as a therapist.

I met lisa several years ago and had several sessions.. Changed my life from one of chronic pain to amazing movement without pain. She is a kind, sensitive body worker/massage therapist/myofacial release practitioner who is guided by extremely aware intuitive movements for what my body needed. If you have been to myo facial release people who go so deep it hurts Lisa will be a joyful CHANGE. it WORKS without pain. My only regret from moving to Florida is that Lisa lives in PA

Lisa was wonderful! I went through a very challenging time emotionally, which in turn, caused some negative physical effects which together, affected all parts of my life. A friend recommended Alchemy. Lisa applied several different techniques over several appointments and was able to relieve the physical pain but, even more important to me is that she was able to release A LOT of the emotional stress. This helped the panic attacks subside and allowed me to think and feel clearly again.
