Sometimes its hard to get thru to the phone

And get a call back within a reasonable time.

I went to three different repair shops to get quotes to fix my car; each place quoted the exact same price for the new replacement part, what differed with this shop was Jeff's honesty and transparency of the repair process. He explained exactly how the repairs were going to be done and as soon as the part arrived I was able to get my car fixed quickly and at a fair price.

Jeff was kind enough to tell me about his connection with motorsports as well and is knowledgeable about his craft; the entire experience was great and it is refreshing to see an honest mechanic running a shop

Jeff doesn't bamboozle you like some major body chains telling me that my plastic bumper cowl is rusty. A respectable mechanic as well, whom never gives stealership prices on getting something fixed. He works with the customer and walks you through the process be it a simple repaint or unkrinkling the frame of your pride and joy or moneymaker truck. I never feel cheated dealing with him.
