Airmid Wellness and Counseling Center

I took the Vision Board workshop with Alyssa and it surpassed all of my expectations. It was a wonderful group of people. Alyssa took us through a meditation and journaling exercise to help us focus our intention and vision before we started working on our creations. All of the supplies were plentiful and varied. The time went so quickly. To wrap up, we were able to share our board with the group and commit to where we were going to put the board to be able to see it daily in support of our vision and journey. And best of all, the vision board is two-sided and the perfect size to keep in a book or a journal, or even a purse or book bag. My only suggestion would be to have a laminating option as a bonus at the end of class because I am quite sure my vision board is going to be getting a lot attention, and laminating would help keep it in great condition. Marianne and team are compassionate, kind, and helpful. The environment is welcoming and inspiring. The grief yoga class is particularly helpful for me after experiencing loss. I highly recommend Airmid to anyone looking for counseling, wellness, yoga classes, or all of the above!

I have re-upped at $12.50 a class and look forward to my Saturday morning class every week. The center also provides massage, acupuncture, and meditation services.
