The care that my children receive from Dr. Ira LaVoe is excellent. All physicians at Advocare Woolwich and their staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my children’s health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to family and friends.
I would recommend this Advocare practice to any parent!! They are hands down the BEST!!!!
The staff at Woolwich Advocare always treat my kiddos so great! They’re very friendly and definitely make a trip to the doctors as easy and fun as possible. Definitely recommend!
My twins were squeezed in for an appointment within an hour for what turned out to be a double ear infections. We saw the nurse practitioner, Janie. She was awesome and scooped up one cranky toddler and walked with the other and held his hand while I got together all their jackets. 100% recommend Advocare Woolwich Pediatrics!
Always efficient, kind, and thorough (not just the providers, but all staff… front desk/nurses/MA’s); exactly what I was hoping for and very much appreciated. I especially commend the ladies at the front working registration and the clinical support staff. Not one single time have I ever had a rude encounter, in-person nor by phone, and that’s rare for a facility seen on a cadence as frequent as with your little ones.
I’ve been taking my now 7 y/o and my 2 y/o here for just shy of 3y and I really can’t think of a single time that I’ve had an issue. Scheduling is always simple and timely, never a problem getting my boys seen when needed. They’re one of the only places to never (so far in 3y at least, fingers crossed) incorrectly bill me at least once. I’ve also never stood in their waiting room for more than 10 minutes max; my wait time usually averages 5minutes or less. Biggest point of all: For every visit over the last 3 years, there is not a single time I can think of that I’ve felt the need to question their quality of care.
My kids see PA Heather Mulherin and I would recommend her to anyone. She’s detailed while still fast, yet has never hesitated to slow down and listen a little more closely whenever I do have a concern.
They’ve also each once seen Dr. Alon Baker and Dr. Mary Sims. I don’t think one visit with a provider is enough to really provide any credible feedback, but I can at least say that I also have no complaints from my interactions with either of these physicians.
The best!! Dr Simms is hands down the best Ped! She’s cares for all 3 of my children since they were born in the hospital! The staff is also wonderful. 1000 stars!
