It is very remiss of me that I've not written this sooner; however, I am compelled to write this favorable review. As first time homebuyers, we hired Joan Adams to assist with the navigation of of the process with legal implications. From her evaluation of the purchase contract, a drafted Use and Occupancy Agreement, revised addendums, interaction with the Title Company (re: survey and title insurance), finding open items with the Township for permitted work, clarifying ownership of solar system and its SRECs, and representing us at the Real Estate Settlement/Closing...this firm was brilliant. A local attorney with local relationships cannot be undervalued and Adams & Collins Law epitomizes that value.

We completely recommend Adams And Collins . They could not have been kinder . Settling my Moms Affairs during a Pandemic was not easy , but this team helped me every step of the way .
