Action Physical Therapy

11/01/22 I came to Action Therapy with very bad pain in low back ( 7 -:- 8 ). 02/02/23 my procedures finished with pain in low back close to 0 !!!. I can ski now!
Today 03/21/2023 I added a short movie of my skiing in Pocono Blue Mountain. I skied 9 days up to 2 -3 hours in February - March, and few times on black double diamonds. I will say my big grateful to doctors from Action Physical Therapy for my recovery.

I always look forward to going to Action Physical Therapy. I not only feel good physically after each visit, but it’s the happy and relaxing atmosphere that also makes me feel better. Every one is pleasant and friendly at all times . They work as a team and the highly qualified owner or manager is always there to welcome, guid and also help. It’s unlike hospital owned ones, here you can feel the personal care and attention. They work with you and exercise you according to how.much they feel you can handle as if they are feeling your pain. I was here last four years ago, and now I am back after a total knee replacement. To my surprise, l saw four therapist and employees that I met before are still working there. They all remembered me by name. This says a lot for the well run establishment. I drive 35 minutes to get there passing by a few other physical therapy places but it’s worth it to me because of the good care I get. I can’t think of any negatives to speak of here. I am lucky to have found this place and I can’t say enough about how happy I am.

I went to Action Physical originally for issues I had with my shoulder and neck. Due to a procedure done by the doctor it triggered my vestibular migraines. They were so bad that I was in the hospital for four days. Luckly for me Action Physical Therapy had a Vestibular Physical Trainer on staff. I have to say that Dana was fantastic. She has a great personality, is very caring and understanding. The staff is easy to work with. I loved the atmosphere. I really never dreaded my appointments. I have tried numerous other vestibular physical therapists with no avail. Dana not only helped me feel the best I have in years she also educated me on my vestibular migraines. I know now what to do if I feel a little off, I know now how to ground myself which has increased my overall confidence. I can never thank her and the team at Action Physical Therapy enough. I waited a few months to leave this feedback to ensure that all was well, and I can say that it is.

If you are thinking about going here, do not hesitate at all! I was extremely impressed by this clinic. From my first phone call to book, to my PT “graduation”, I was treated very kindly by all staff. They are organized, compassionate and attentive. I had physical therapy with the phenomenal Dana, who proved to be extremely knowledgeable (and hilarious might I add!). She was thorough in her assessment and took the time to explain the rationale of each exercise to me. I also was able to work with Erin and RJ and I felt so warmly greeted by the staff at each visit. They all work great as a team.

Action Physical Therapy is a really clean, welcoming, friendly, professional and high quality health care office. Everyone from the front office staff, to the assistants to the therapists are just terrific. I treated with them for about 10 months and never once had a bad experience. Most importantly, my injuries improved tremendously after only a few sessions. They truly care about their patients, listen to them closely, and use their expertise to tailor a plan to the patient’s needs. Also, if you need accommodations or prefer more privacy, they will make it happen for you. I will miss everyone. Especially Erin!
