Achieve Hypnotherapy

I have been working with Tom for a few months now on the mental side of my golf game. I have seen an increased ability to play in the present and play in the subconscious. Tom has shown me techniques that I can rely on in competition. Tom has helped me allow my natural abilities to show more in stressful pressure situations. I went to Tom to get hypnosis to controlling my over eating. Tom did a great job in preparing me for my sessions since this was my first experience with this. During the session, I felt very comfortable. I felt a deep relaxation and meditation state. Since, I have lost 5 pounds. My first session was about a month ago. My eating habits has gotten better. I am able to curve that craving for 2nd and 3rd plates.

Tom is extremely professional. He spent time establishing a comfortable and safe environment for my sessions. So far, the results are terrific. I feel empowered - the behavior that brought me to him is radically different!

Although I was exposed to hypnosis early in life, I was hesitant to try hypnosis as an adult. I initially visited him for sleep problems, though I think limiting my experience with Tom to mere symptom relief would be misleading. I believe Tom's hypnotism can undoubtedly provide symptom relief, yet more important is the psychological benefits.

My sessions with Tom helped me to reframe my narrative about my "issues" in a way that inspired a durable change in my mindset, mood, and health.
