Auto zone is Bensalem is fantastic. They are polite, friendly and very helpful. I am an old lady. They treated me kindly and did not talk down to me. Old ladies from everywhere will relate to that. I love these people.

I bought a battery back in Oct. It recently died and was still under warranty. Was having the car serviced at a mechanic down the street. Called the store manager Mike, and told him my situation and I was stuck at work. Mike stepped up and went above and beyond! He took a new battery to the shop and picked up the old one for me, allowing me to pick up my car that night. Awesome customer service! It's reassuring there are still good people out there. Thank you so much Mike! Happy Holidays! Will recommend this store 10/10!

I came to this store to purchase needle nose pliers to remove a car fuse. Upon checkout at the counter, I inquired if these pliers would be adequate to extract the car fuse. Instead, the clerk offered to allow me to use the store pliers without purchase, which was even better than having to buy them. The good news was all I needed to do was to temporarily remove and reinsert the existing fuse. Everything worked fine thereafter. I returned the borrowed pliers to the store without incurring any cost to me. Great service!
