Getting my post op care from A to Zen Bodyworks Healing Spa was the best decision I made. The owner really takes her time and doesn’t rush. She was very personable, kind, and informative. The space was very clean. I would recommend this Healing Spa to anyone getting post op care, I’ll be continuing my post op journey over the next few months with them!

Absolutely amazing!!!! She is so knowledgeable and after a bad experience with a Massage therapist right after my mommy makeover I was extremely skeptical.. Cre has been a blessing to my recovery giving me results in only a few sessions. I’m at ease every session and so happy I found such a great massage therapist to guide me on my post op care journey

The session that I booked was a laser lipo and cavitation with an infrared sauna. It was my first time receiving this type of healing however my good sis took care of me and answered all my questions.

There was one point when an old traumatic memory came up after we were done. She held space for me so I can process and move through those emotions. That right there showed me she wasn't in this field just for the money.

I lost 2 inches around my waist and my bowel movements have increased as well.

I have been going to A to Zen Bodyworks Healing Spa for over a year for Reiki. The founder, Cre is truly the definition of being aligned with one's life path. She is in tune with all of the energies during the session. Afterwards, she sits down with you to discuss the things she heard, felt, saw, and experienced. Cre is empathetic, soft, calm, and absolutely professional! Plus, black woman-owned. I will always return!
