Ed is fantastic! He helped us all the way through our process and was beyond excited to help on the phone even before meeting him. Very happy we came across this location!

I needed a unit to assist my older uncle who is moving. Ed was great!! He went over everything in detail, showed me the unit, made sure I could work the lock, and that me passcode worked. He was detailed but respected my time. Ed made it a great experience.

I’m really thankful to have found Extra Space Storage. I looked at many places in the region but this was the best. It always felt safe no matter when I visited, and the staff was wonderful. Patrick did a great job when I joined of helping me. And Ed was wonderful to work with as well. He made the process seamless, once I was ready to leave. When or if I need to come back, this will be the place. It’s really the best storage facility in Bucks and Montgomery County.

I love this 7-11 they have the best coffee and employees. The one gentleman that works here is always helping me out with my son and telling him how next week he will have even better toys! So that my son stops begging for them! He genuinely is such a nice man!

I have always loved every employee I have ever encountered over the passed 10 years when I first moved to Langhorne. Grew to know a few employees on more than just a professional level and are great friends to this day. As well as the previous owners they always knew a familiar face, greeted with a smile every single day. It says a lot of a place for people working a “mediocre” job who get looked and talked down to way to often, get paid not enough to deal with the amount of unfriendly people I’m sure they encounter on way to regular basis never the less they still treat everyone ( I have witnessed) with upmost respect. Now I don’t ever write reviews very often. Don’t feel like I have an important enough opinion I don’t frequent places to often to know if it’s a “bad day”, new person, etc. one thing I do know is that is that most workers are cashiers some managers, but no matter what their pay grade they didn’t sign up to risk their life to work for your franchise/company whatever. There is common sense.. on what working conditions are proper and not proper.. or perhaps something you wouldn’t want family member/friend/child to work in for the simple fact of their life is at risk. Thank god for fast acting police, but for a business to be robbed once maybe twice don’t want to exaggerate when I don’t know for sure. But when a customer has to come in to tell the employee the lights aren’t working outside, they should lock the door and refuse to open to someone gets it fixed. (Being it is 9:00pm) I mean if for nothing else the lawsuits you may get from some money hungry person just looking for an opening to sue a huge franchise. Distracted of course but point is approximately 9:30pm yet another robbery. Your employees trust, listen, and respect their bosses and as a manager boss owner whatever job title your employees should be your first concern (yes not all employees are not the greatest, that loyal, or honest) Nonetheless, they do way more for your business than you could ever imagine, they are usually the reason people come back. I can guarantee you, I will be happy to go to the many other stores all within walking block of that sev if they can’t seem to take care of their employees. I understand life. It definitely doesn’t care about your plans as most of us know awful things happen everyday too many things we can’t control. We need to start paying attention to things we can control and take action. Wasn’t sure where else to put this so they could hopefully see

My go to store. Friendly staff. As a firefighter in their area we can be sure to get complimentary coffee and donuts after a major fire no questions asked. Great community store.

The tall kid with long froe-y blonde hair deserves a raise. No actually he deserves a better, higher paying job. The kid has the best attitude I've ever seen of any kind of fast food/convenience store workers. I asked him how he was doing, and he said "living the dream". Your first thought is "how could you be living the dream, working at a 7-11. But thats the thing with people like this-their sense of satisfaction in life comes from the inside and has nothing to do with outside circumstances. That is the true definition of a good person. GIVE THIS KID A RAISE.

Food is fast and tasty and they're never so busy that you can't immediately check out, or at least in my experience. Wide selection, friendly workers and they'll let you take a cup of water free for your dog if you walk there with one, though they're not allowed in the store (I tie mine up on the water bottle rack or propane tank holder outside).
